Reporting to the Senior Product & Engineering Manager, the Data Analyst & Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing back-end reporting systems, software integrations, and data dashboards for banking clients.

Responsibilities
• Set-up back-end reporting to support operation and client needs
• Configure and maintain back-end software integration setup
• Document integration processes, data mapping, and system dependencies
• Build and maintain dashboards for banking clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy and usability
• Establish monitoring tools and alerts to track system performance, data flow, and reporting accuracy with IT support
• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to support monthly banking reviews
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or system integration
• Experience working in financial or banking data as an asset
• Proficiency with reporting tools
• Familiarity with database systems
