Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as a single point of contact via phone calls from plan members, individuals, and providers.
- Provide personalized communication based on customer preferences and individualized needs.
- Build trusting and caring relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide relevant information to address unasked questions.
- Utilize customer support tools and frameworks to make informed decisions and resolve customer issues.
- Educate and assist customers on various aspects of benefit plan information and available services.
- Take ownership of customer contacts to resolve issues and connect them with additional services as needed.
- Identify customer needs beyond the initial request and respond promptly to address concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver customer-specific solutions and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Client care experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
