As the first full-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our support team and make a lasting impact on our company's success. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Learning our software product and providing expert support to customers via email, chat, and phone * Collaborating with our development team to identify and resolve product issues * Contributing to the creation and maintenance of our help center documentation * Testing our product and reporting any bugs or issues you encounter * Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive user experience **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in native-like English, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English * Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally) * Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its applications, including setting up DNS records for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working with online course platforms or similar educational software * Familiarity with DNS configuration and troubleshooting * Strong analytical and technical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Job Perks and Conditions** As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive salary of $300 USD per month, negotiable * Full-time freelance position with flexible scheduling (8 hours a day, with most hours in the morning and afternoon of your timezone) * Opportunity to work from home, fully remote * Ability to work in your own timezone, without needing to adapt to our European CET timezone * 20 days of leave per year, with the option to take additional time off as needed * Access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities * A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of like-minded individuals **How to Apply** If you're passionate about online education and customer support, we want to hear from you!
