As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that's shaping the future of finance. **Role Overview** As a Customer Support Associate, Nights & Weekends, you'll be the primary point of contact for users, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support via Zendesk email. You'll work closely with the broader support and engineering teams to flag incidents or issues that require escalation, ensuring that every inquiry is handled in accordance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your expertise will help diagnose and resolve non-complex technical issues, while escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams and following up to ensure resolution. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide Tier 1 user support via Zendesk email, ensuring that every inquiry is handled in accordance with our SLAs * Act as an advocate and onboarding specialist for users, providing a seamless and engaging experience * Communicate effectively with the broader support and engineering teams to flag incidents or issues that require escalation * Synthesize insights from user interactions and surface critical issues to the Engineering team * Diagnose and resolve non-complex technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams and following up to ensure resolution * Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights with the Product and Engineering teams * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications * Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Customer Support processes and resources **Essential Qualifications** * Experience in customer support or similar in a high-growth environment (ideally in the DeFi or fintech space) * Strong written and verbal communication skills that can effectively distill complex concepts into simple ones * Motivation to help others and a passion for turning an angry user into a 5-star rating * Ability to help solve complex problems end-to-end, mitigating delegation as much as possible **Nice to Haves** * Experience with DeFi, knowledge of blockchains, and experience using crypto wallets * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (Uniswap Web App, Wallet, Unichain, etc.) * Passion for the DeFi space and a willingness to learn and grow with the company **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms * Experience with DeFi or fintech products and services (nice to have) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of the arenaflex team, you'll have access to: * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experts in the DeFi space * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Competitive compensation and benefits package, including equity, tokens, and benefits **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is a remote-friendly company, offering a flexible and dynamic work environment that allows you to work from anywhere.
