Join Our Customer Delight Team

We are seeking a Customer Support Associate who is fluent in German to join our Customer Delight Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You will handle requests via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs. Occasionally, you will also support our Dutch and English queues, utilizing our translation tools to ensure seamless communication.
