We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to handle customer inquiries for our e-commerce stores. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, communicates clearly, and can resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer emails on time with high accuracy
Provide customer support using Gorgias and email (Gmail)
Assist customers with Shopify-related inquiries (orders, refunds, tracking, etc.)
Resolve customer issues quickly while meeting KPIs and response time targets
Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers
Escalate complex issues when required
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce customer support
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Proven experience using Gorgias
Strong written communication skills
Ability to meet KPIs and fast response times
Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset
