Key Responsibilities
- Learn about blithequark's history, products, and services, as well as the foodservice industry, to provide informed support to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customers have the most up-to-date information about their orders, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments within and outside of Customer Solutions to support both customers and the company.
- Analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions within our business model, using best practices and a customer-centric approach.
- Foster a team-oriented environment by maintaining a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence, both internally and externally.

What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, qualities, and experience. Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conversational fluency in English.
- Proficient typing abilities.
- Ability to work a training schedule of 9:30 AM – 6 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, during the 60-day onboarding period.
- Ability to work 11:30 AM – 8 PM ET or local time zone equivalent, Monday through Friday, after the 60-day onboarding period.
- A reliable and secure high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber preferred), with consistent 75mbps download/10mbps upload internet speeds.
- A quiet and distraction-free work area, with access to a home router and modem.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college education.
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience.
- A desire to learn and grow, with an internal drive to succeed.

Physical Demands
As a remote Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be required to work in a dedicated home office space that meets our technical requirements. The role involves:
