About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting directly with patients to provide top-notch service, answer questions, and resolve problems. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for high-quality service and ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, with the goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.
• Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
• Handle numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant with their therapies.
• Effectively manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gathering patient and order information.
• Provide customer education and routine assessment, identifying problems and escalating them to pharmacists as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals.

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
• 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application.
• Must reside in the state of Nevada.
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.
• Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits
