The majority of our Customer Service Representatives work from the comfort of their own homes in Vermont, while others prefer to work in our call centers in Manchester and Rutland, Vt. You'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you're equipped to handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch service.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a Vermont resident, with a reliable internet connection (at least 30mbps) if you're working remotely. You should be at least 16 years old, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. We're looking for team players who are flexible, dependable, and able to learn new computer applications quickly.
