Azeus Systems Limited is an IT solutions provider for Board Governance solutions like Board Portal, Virtual / Hybrid AGM, ESG, etc, fast-growing, multinational company with clients from over 100 countries and offices in Asia, Europe, US, Africa and Middle East. The Role: - Handling a high volume of inbound calls to assist customers with a range of queries. - Drafting and sending correspondence via email to customers, with high email etiquette. - Providing comprehensive information based on knowledge of government policies and procedures. - Working with high service levels, answering customer queries within set timeframes and adhering to KPIs. - Recording customer and call information within internal computer systems. - Escalating complaints or issues to management when required. - Take part in a 4 week training program followed by a nesting period to get up to speed with your new role. - Working alongside a Team Leader and Subject Matter Expert. About you: - Multiple years experience across customer service, including call centre, administration and retail. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. - Previous government experience is preferred by not required. - Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems. - Must be able to commit to the full duration of the assignment.
