About the Role

As an Associate Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Working from the comfort of your home, you will handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional_KERNEL manner, ensuring that responses to inquiries are completed according to established service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution.
• Meets all production, quality, and adherence standards, attending all required training classes to ensure excellence in customer service delivery.
• Elevates issues to the next level of supervision as appropriate, demonstrating a keen sense of judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Maintains accurate records, including timekeeping records, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving needs.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this pivotal role, you must possess:

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED, serving as the foundational educational requirement.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment, preferably within the healthcare sector, to bring relevant expertise to the role.
• U.S. citizenship, as mandated by Department of Defense (DoD) contract requirements, along with the ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards.
• The ability to multitask, responding promptly and professionally to customers and their issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex information for a customer-facing audience.
• The ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions, demonstrating resilience and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously and taking direction effectively.

Work Schedule and Training

The work schedule for this role is 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM. Training sessions will be conducted from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM over a period of 7 weeks, providing you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in your position.

Additional Requirements

As part of our hiring process, we will conduct a pre-hire background check, drug screen, and credit check to comply with DoD requirements. Successful attainment of a DoD level 2 clearance is also a requirement for this role.
