Your Impact as a Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist working from home, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our clients, handling customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude. Your role is pivotal in shaping customer perceptions and fostering loyalty. Here's what you'll achieve:
- Provide top-notch customer support via telephone, email, or instant message, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, order processing, warranty, or billing/payment queries.
- Escalate complex product or service-related issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist, ensuring seamless resolution.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and apply tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document inbound support requests accurately and update customer information to ensure data integrity.
- Meet and exceed quality standards, adhere to schedules, and optimize average handle time.
- Mentor less experienced associates, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving a targeted percentage of issues on the first contact.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills We're Looking For
