We're seeking an exceptional Customer Care Professional to join our Small Business Sales team in a hybrid model. As a critical member of our team, you'll service inbound calls, engage with small business owners and decision-makers, and recommend the right American Express Small Business Services (SBS) products. You'll deliver high levels of product and service knowledge, build rapport with customers, and provide extraordinary care in a fast-paced environment.
