About Papaya
Papaya is on a mission to close the opportunity gap for students who need it most — using data, technology, and world‑class teaching to deliver life‑changing academic growth at scale.
We work with schools across the U.S. to ensure every student, regardless of background, gets the support, structure, and belief they need to succeed. Our team is made up of educators, analysts, and builders who care deeply about impact and are excited to take on hard problems in a fast‑growing startup environment.
This is not a typical job. It’s an opportunity to:
• Change the trajectory of hundreds of students’ lives every year
• Build the operating system for the future of education
• Grow faster than you ever could in a traditional school system
• Earn ownership in a mission‑driven company (equity after 3 months)
• Work fully remote with a team that moves fast, thinks big, and executes
If you’re the kind of person who believes education can change the world, and wants to be part of the team actually making that happen, Papaya is the place for you.
