They are seeking a Coordinator for Early Careers & Campus who will drive talent attraction strategies and support the recruitment process by managing various administrative tasks and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities - Managing account specific activities such as CV screening, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system, and offer and onboarding - Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process - Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines - Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e., pre-employment screening vendor), and other account stakeholders - Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes - Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary - Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team Skills - Experience in recruitment administration, including CV screening, interview scheduling, ATS updates, and onboarding support - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy - Ability to work efficiently, follow established processes, and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment - Proactive approach to handling queries and supporting continuous improvement - Good time‑management skills and ability to prioritise effectively - Proficiency in MS Office - Experience in an RPO, Talent Acquisition coordination, or HR administrative role - Familiarity with pre‑employment screening and vendor coordination - Experience working with multiple ATS or HRIS systems - Strong analytical skills for supporting reporting activities - Additional language skills Benefits - Medical/Rx - Dental - Vision - Spending Accounts - Life - Disability - Voluntary Benefits - 401(k) - Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time - Paid Parental Leave - Performance Bonus Company Overview - We are people experts.
