We're looking for a Consumer Operation Analyst to strengthen our consumer insights engine by analyzing large-scale social media data at an industry level. This role plays a key part in transforming raw data into structured, ready-to-use insights that help our Data Analytics Team work faster, smarter, and more effectively. This position is ideal for new graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data, social media, and turning information into meaningful insights. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large-scale social media datasets (200,000+ data points) to identify trends, patterns, and industry-level insights - Prepare and structure consumer and industry data as a central knowledge source for Data Analytics Team - Collaborate with Insight, Product, and internal teams to translate data into actionable learnings Qualifications: - New graduates are very welcome - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills (background in statistics or data analysis is a plus) - Interest in consumer behavior and social media trends. - Solid Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP) - Able to present data clearly using PowerPoint - Basic English reading and writing skills - Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus
