Cloud Product Specialist
Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8am-5pm
Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Hamilton, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team.
This role is designed for a technically strong, customer-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of support, engineering collaboration, and solution delivery. The position serves as the primary expert for a cloud and edge platform, supporting secure remote access, device management, data visualization, and system integrations.
The individual will manage technical support activities, guide customers through onboarding and configuration, and provide hands-on assistance both remotely and on-site. Working closely with global engineering and product teams, this role helps escalate complex issues, test new features, and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
In addition to post-sales support, the position plays a key role in pre-sales efforts—partnering with sales teams, distributors, and customers to design solutions, deliver demonstrations, and support digital transformation initiatives. Travel is expected, along with participation in customer events and industry engagements.
Success in this role directly contributes to platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
This opportunity is ideal for an early-career technical professional who brings:
• 2–4 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or technical product management
• Strong networking fundamentals, including VPNs, firewalls, NAT, and IP routing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-based environments
• Comfort using remote access tools to troubleshoot and support customers
