About Us:
Creativelaunch is a market intelligence platform that helps e-commerce brands discover why customers actually buy through systematic ad experiments. We turn ad spend into customer understanding. We've worked with 150+ DTC brands and helped generate over $50M in client revenue. The system works. Now we need someone obsessed to run it.
Current Scale:
- Proven experiment methodology (clients regularly see new ads hit their top performers within the first week)
- 25 editors on a pay-per-project model
- Founder currently owns all client delivery
- System is built, but it needs an operator
The Challenge:
We have a system that gets results. But the founder is still running every client account personally. That's the bottleneck. We need someone to own 5 accounts end-to-end so the founder can focus on building the product and growing the pipeline.
What You'll Do:
- Own 5 client accounts (you're the main point of contact)
- Run weekly or biweekly client calls
- Interpret experiment results and decide what to test next
- Communicate insights via Slack and calls (translate data into clear narratives that make brand owners feel confident)
- Batch and set up experiments using our proprietary Experiment Platform and BriefBuilder software (you're not in Ads Manager)
- Place orders into the system
- QA video output before it goes to clients
- Feed back product insights based on what you're seeing across accounts
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years in DTC/e-commerce; likely from a creative strategy or media buying seat at an agency or in-house brand
- You understand paid social creative; what good ads look like, why certain angles work, how testing works
- Strong communicator; clients trust you quickly
- Autonomous; you don't need to be managed closely
- Comfortable in a system that's still being built and evolving week to week
- Curious about why ads work, not just executing tasks
What Makes This Different:
This is the first client-facing hire. You're not joining a big team; you're helping build the client org from the ground up. Clear path to full-time and eventually leading the entire client function as we scale. Your feedback directly shapes the product. If you've ever thought "I could do this on my own but I don't want to build the whole business" this is the role.
Comp:
Base: $3-5K/month contract (depending on experience) + performance bonus
Retention bonus: Clients renew because of you? You get paid for it.
Expansion bonus: Client upgrades to a bigger plan? You get a cut.
Capacity bonus: Find ways to improve the system so you can handle more accounts? More accounts = more money.
Profit share path: As the client org grows, you grow with it.
We have the software. We have the editor network. We have the methodology. There's no ceiling on how many clients we can take on, the only limit is how fast we can scale delivery. If you're the person who helps us figure that out, you'll be rewarded like a partner, not an employee.
Hours:
Part-time / contract, ~15-20 hours/week. Need to be available for client calls and able to batch work early in the week.
