Client Experience Coordinator (Remote)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Client Experience & Logistics Coordinator to help organize and manage client-facing details from start to finish. In this role, you’ll support the coordination of schedules, arrangements, and logistics while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with details, staying organized, and communicating with others in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and planning details for client requests
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure accuracy of information
• Organize logistics related to events, accommodations, and general arrangements
• Work with vendors and service providers to confirm and track details
• Maintain organized records, timelines, and documentation
• Assist with updates, changes, and ongoing coordination needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all details are handled efficiently
