Client Advocate - Remote Opportunity with Aetna ($27-$35/Hour)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Advocate to join our team at Aetna, a leading healthcare organization. As a Client Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our health plans and employers, driving success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This remote position offers a competitive salary of $27-$35 per hour and a Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) with flexibility to accommodate your location.

Job Summary:

The Client Advocate role is designed to support our health plans and employers, taking ownership of PR calls and collaborating with various departments to resolve complex claims issues. As a Client Advocate, you will utilize your expertise to lead research, provide training, and develop strong relationships with our health plans. Your contributions will help us build a stronger, more efficient organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support, handling supplier claims issues and deescalating difficult conversations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues and drive process improvements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with health plans, employers, and internal stakeholders
• Train others on processes, workflows, and systems, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise
• Prepare professional policy reports, analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• 6+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in large groups, including executive management
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Residency in Oklahoma is required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management experience
• Process improvement expertise
