As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectivelyResponsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Document all customer interactions in the system for future reference.
• Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multi-task effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.
