The Engineer will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the overall project vision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and robust solutions. - Design end-to-end solutions that consider factors such as scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Mentor and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies. - Ensure that solutions align with the overall engineering principles, standards, and guidelines. - Conduct architecture reviews to identify and address potential issues. - Evaluate new and emerging technologies to recommend the adoption of tools and frameworks that align with business goals. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices. - Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet project requirements and timelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of engineering solution, design decisions, and technical specifications. - Ensure that documentation is accessible and understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and work with relevant teams to mitigate them. - Estimated travel 25%. Qualifications: - Ability to obtain and maintain up to TS/SCI security clearance - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
