I am the Executive Director of a healthcare organization and am looking for an experienced business or operations consultant for a short, focused strategy conversation (approximately one hour).
We are at a decision point involving staffing structure and hours allocation. Specifically:
Two existing clinical supervisors are requesting additional hours
One clinician is interested in transitioning into a supervisory role and increasing hours
We want to evaluate the financial, operational, and organizational impact of these changes before moving forward
The goal of this conversation is to:
