Our mission is to change the way defense firms do business.   Position Summary: Boyd & Jenerette is seeking dedicated and driven Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. Location & Commitments: - Practice Area / Department: Coverage & Bad Faith - Status: Full-Time / Exempt - Work Location: Fully Remote Responsibilities: - Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings. - Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial. - Conduct legal research, assist with preparation for hearings, and provide legal counsel to clients. - Analyze legal matters, advise clients, and negotiate on their behalf. - Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management. - Maintain up-to-date client files for easy access by the team. - Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Competencies: - Florida Bar Admission - 5+ years experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. - Superior attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with others. - Must meet billing goal expectations. -  Strongly prefer either coverage experience and/or judicial clerkship. -  Must have experience with legal research and complex legal analysis.
