Position: Biology Researcher (English) | $43/hr Remote
Location: Germany
Responsibilities
• Design and optimize STEM-based prompts in German and/or English with multiple constraints and scientific instructions
• Establish high-level expectations for correct responses in STEM contexts
• Develop comprehensive rubrics ensuring scientific rigor, linguistic clarity, and appropriate academic tone
• Run prompts through models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity
• Compare German and English responses where needed
• Collaborate in QA review processes
• Maintain consistency and reliability across German-language benchmarks
Requirements
• Native-level fluency in German (written)
• Strong reading and writing ability in English
• BS or BA in Biology / Physics / Chemistry
• Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology / physics / chemistry topics
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in teaching, research, or applied STEM discipline field
