The role involves building relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders, understanding client insurance needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen existing relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Lenders by providing exceptional client experiences to incoming referrals (leads)
- Prospect and establish new Realtor and Mortgage Lender Relationships via calls, visits, networking to earn trust and additional referrals
- Understand individual insurance needs, analyze options with over 30 “A” rated insurance companies, and provide a custom solution
- Quote 30 new home & auto insurance packages a month, using existing systems, processes, and scripts to close at over 50%
- Once a Producer has established themselves, they are eligible to take on additional leadership responsibilities
