Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (English/Spanish), where your enthusiasm and multilingual skills will drive exceptional client experiences! In this role, the Bilingual Customer Service Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients. This role is responsible for client outreach, scheduling, insurance verification, and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has experience in healthcare office settings, understands insurance processes, and enjoys working directly with clients in a supportive and professional manner. Key Responsibilities • Contact clients via phone and text to gather personal information and schedule initial consultation appointments • Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure completion of required intake paperwork prior to their first visit • Verify insurance coverage and confirm active benefits for behavioral health services • Accurately enter and maintain client information across multiple systems and platforms • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding scheduling, documentation, and insurance matters • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance at all times • Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism Qualifications • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Prior experience working in a healthcare office setting, preferably with clients using private insurance • Strong understanding of how insurance payments and benefit verifications work • Experience with insurance verification processes in behavioral health or mental health settings • Proficient in Excel, data entry, and managing multiple systems simultaneously • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Pleasant, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a virtual environment Compensation & Benefits • Total competitive compensation of $18 an hours / 30 hours a week ($34,000 annually) • $500/month towards the monthly cost of Health insurance • 20 PTO days including national holidays • Flexible full-time schedule Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • On-the-job training • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Work from home Work Location: Remote
