We are a growing staffing and recruitment firm based in Toronto looking to build a secure internal automation system to improve sales intelligence and recruiter productivity.
This is NOT a marketing automation project and NOT a chatbot build. We are looking for a technical automation engineer who can design a clean, secure, portable workflow system.
Project Scope (Phase 1):
Build a secure automation system that:
1.Aggregates new job postings daily (territory + keyword filtered).
2. Extracts company name, job title, industry, location.
3. Compares companies against a CRM export (CSV-based check initially).
4. Generates structured Google Sheet output (Daily Add-Chase Intelligence Sheet).
5. Uses LLM API to generate tailored draft outreach emails (NOT auto-send).
6. Logs all activity for audit purposes.
7. Uses secure credential handling (.env or equivalent).
8. Is Dockerized and portable (must be OS-agnostic).
Security Requirements:
• No payroll access.
• No automatic email sending.
• No direct CRM write access (read/compare only in Phase 1).
• Least-privilege API access.
• Clean documentation required.
Technical Preferences:
• Python or Node
• Docker + docker-compose
• API integration experience
• Experience with structured data workflows
• Experience building secure automation pipelines

• Working Dockerized system
• Documentation (setup + architecture)
• Credential configuration guide
• 1 transfer session (recorded walkthrough)
