Earley Law Group is a fast-growing, client-focused personal injury law firm based in Massachusetts, seeking a remote Associate Attorney. The role involves managing cases from pre-litigation through trial, maintaining proactive communication with clients, and supervising support staff while providing legal advice on personal injury claims. Responsibilities - Manage and strategize on cases from beginning to end (pre-litigation through trial) - Attend court hearings & conduct and defend depositions and discovery - Be proactive with client communication, particularly regarding their injuries/medical treatment, and updating information in case management software - Communicate with medical providers to stay current on client injuries/treatment in addition to defense firms and insurance companies - Evaluate potential PI claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients - Attending mediations, arbitrations, trials, hearings, depositions - Supervise and delegate tasks to a support staff team Skills - A JD degree from an accredited law school and barred in Massachusetts - 1+ year of legal experience - You went to law school to be in the court room - you like to win! - Superior negotiation and communication skills - A natural ability to keep things moving in a case and updating clients - Client-facing experience with a high degree of emotional intelligence - Personal injury experience - A native or fluent Spanish speaker Benefits - Completely remote with exception of in-person depositions and court hearings/trial - 20 PTO days + your birthday + all firm-observed holidays - Health insurance is 100% paid for the employee - 401K once eligible - Annual bonuses based on performance + awarded origination fees - Cell phone reimbursement and a laptop is provided - Professional development budget: Firm pays for bar memberships + CLEs - No billable hour requirement Company Overview - Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers is a Boston based personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured people rebuild their lives after accidents.
