Summary: The Director of Clinical Excellence is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing optimization of clinical programs across the organization. This role drives quality improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and enhances clinical education and mentorship programs to support exceptional patient outcomes. Responsibilities: - Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical programs to ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices - Partner with Compliance, Human Resources, Operations, and leadership teams to develop and deliver clinical training aligned with regulatory and reimbursement standards - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, operational efficiency, and overall patient and employee experience - Design and oversee systems that ensure the quality and appropriateness of resident care meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards - Develop, evaluate, and enhance clinical education programs, including mandatory training and evidence-based practice initiatives across therapy disciplines - Lead the organization’s clinical mentorship program in collaboration with internal leaders - Conduct data analysis related to billing, documentation, and quality initiatives to support the Quality Assurance and Compliance Plan - Lead regulatory research and develop resources related to scope of practice, supervision, documentation, and billing requirements - Oversee survey readiness programs, including mock surveys and resident experience initiatives - Review and analyze operational, clinical, and compliance audits, ensuring accuracy and reporting trends to leadership - Promote clinical integrity, quality assurance, and compliance across all therapy teams - Support departmental goals and organizational strategic initiatives - Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned What We’re Looking For: - Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology program, or an accredited PTA or OTA program with a bachelor’s degree - Current, unrestricted professional licensure - Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and regulatory requirements across senior living, home health, and outpatient settings - Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience with demonstrated leadership capability preferred - Proven ability to lead clinical teams, drive program development, and manage through others - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills with experience in data driven decision making - Proficiency with EMR systems and standard business software - Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity - Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across departments - Passion for serving senior living and home health populations What We Offer (Full Time): Competitive Pay Comprehensive Benefits: - 90/10 Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical Insurance - Dental and Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Short term and Long term Disability Financial Security: - 401(k) with company match Work Life Balance: - Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - Generous Paid Time Off Career Growth: - Free CEU courses - Ongoing training and leadership development - Advancement opportunities Employee Referral Program Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
