In this role, you will manage daily production operations and lead a team of operators to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><ul><li>Oversee daily operations and personnel management within the assembly department.</li><li>Ensure production targets are met while maintaining compliance with ISO, FDA, GMP, and EHS standards.</li><li>Communicate across departments to plan and optimize workflows.</li><li>Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Manage staff performance, training, and development.</li><li>Participate in shift work and weekend rotations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR vocational education with 3–5 years of experience in automated manufacturing.</li><li>Alternatively, 5+ years of experience in production engineering work.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 requirements.</li><li>Approved background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.</li><li>Leadership, collaboration, and documentation skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Experience managing operators and working with automated manufacturing lines.</li><li>Familiarity with Word, Excel, SAP, Agile, Notes.</li><li>Background in quality assurance or production control under GMP/ISO 13485.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We are seeking</b> a structured and proactive leader with strong collaboration skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team. Previous supervisor experience is highly desirable, and an engineering background will be considered a strong advantage.
