Certified Talent Co is seeking a self-driven A&R Representative to help discover rising music artists and bring them into a creative development ecosystem. This is a relationship-first role — you must be able to listen deeply and recognize artistic potential early.
Responsibilities
• Scout new talent across social media and platforms
• Initiate warm outreach to potential artist partners
• Guide new artists through the CTC onboarding process
• Track conversations and interest in a shared sheet
Requirements
• Strong communicator with a love for artist development
• Has a network or eye for emerging talent
• Can follow our intake system and stay organized
• Bonus: Has worked with indie artists or labels before
