Job Description:
• Ensure that the proprietary MS-SQL based enterprise business solution developed by Medlogix is supported to the highest possible standard with maximum levels of attainable productivity and efficiency
• Monitor o Logs for alerts, errors and aging workflows that require analysis and resolution o Automated processes including data imports and exports o User incident reports for prioritization and resolution
• Troubleshoot o Issues from logs and user incident reports o Define, develop, and provide application problem analysis and resolution services for complex application problems in conjunction with the users o Provide suggestions for system and business improvements
• Configure o Collaborate with PMO and business leads to manage application configuration based on the evolving needs of clients o Manage new client configurations via interfaces and scripting as required o Manage existing interfaces and design new application support interfaces o Import new data sets based on subscriptions with external partners/vendors
• Document o Workflows and produce process flow diagrams to aid future troubleshooting and development o Support procedures and knowledgebase to aid future troubleshooting and development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience or certifications
• 2+ Years Application Support experience
• Experience analyzing data with SQL
• Experience working with C#, or similar OOP language, JavaScript preferred but not required
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or Service Now preferred
