The California Department of Social Services is committed to serving and supporting the people of California. They are seeking an Analyst II to develop and maintain examination processes for the Administrator Certification Bureau, providing customer service and managing certification applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain statewide examination processes and tools for exam registration, eligibility, proctoring, and analysis
- Provide high quality customer service to examinees and prospective administrators
- Draft and respond to a high volume of public inquiries and controlled correspondence
- Review and process administrator certification applications
- Process application fees
- Update and maintain various databases
- Analyze documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other ACB staff to meet business needs
Skills
