The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is one of the most influential regulatory agencies in the United States. They are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer service-oriented individual to join their Human Resources Division as an Analyst I, responsible for interpreting laws and regulations, reviewing personnel actions, and working on special projects. Responsibilities - Interpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulations - Reviewing Requests for Personnel Actions - Out-of-class assignments - Training and development assignments - Proposed reorganizations - Formulating or revising classification specifications and allocation guidelines - Working on special projects such as automation of the Request for Personnel Action process Skills - Prepare and submit a response for each question below.
