Key Responsibilities
• * Receiving & Stowing: Unload shipments and properly stow products in designated areas.
• * Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and package them for shipment.
• * Scanning & Sorting: Use handheld scanners to track inventory and sort packages based on delivery routes.
• * Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure workstations and the warehouse remain clean, organized, and safe.
• * Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet productivity and quality goals.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• * Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8 10 hours daily.
• * Basic reading, writing, and math skills to follow instructions and handle inventory.
• * Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• * Comfortable working in varying conditions (temperature changes, loud noises).
• * Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience
• * No prior warehouse experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
• * Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• * Full-time roles: 40 hours per week.
• * Part-time roles: Flexible hours based on availability.
