Job Description:
• Create a world-class first impression: Deliver a seamless, memorable onboarding experience that sets every new customer up for success from day one.
• Be the guide our customers trust: Lead clients through each phase of the onboarding journey—managing milestones, timelines, and deliverables with precision and care.
• Empower customers with knowledge: Teach clients how to make the most of Spark’s tools and systems so they can hit the ground running and see value fast.
• Become an expert: Learn both Spark and the industry processes so you can advise customers on best practices.
• Drive clarity and collaboration: Maintain organized, up-to-date records in our CRM to keep all internal teams aligned and informed.
• Be the connector: Act as the go-to partner for customers, coordinating across departments to answer questions, resolve issues, and make the experience effortless.
• Partner for impact: Collaborate closely with Account Management, Operations, and Product teams to enhance processes and elevate the overall customer journey.
• Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to simplify workflows, remove friction, and level up how we bring customers onboard.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a customer success, project management, account management, or onboarding/implementation role
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear email and Zoom communication
• Skilled at translating complex processes into simple, actionable next steps
• Relationship management experience, with a focus on guiding and educating partners or clients
• Curiosity & excitement to learn
• Experience using CRMs or workflow management tools to track progress and handoffs
• Spanish Fluency
• [Nice to have] Experience in a start-up environment where you’re required to adjust on the fly
• [Nice to have] Experience working with medicare contracting
