Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for our clients in Bulgaria
- Manage incoming requests and prepare professional offers
- Coordinate smoothly with internal operations and research teams
- Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure recurring business
- Spot opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
- Keep client data and opportunities up to date in the CRM
Skills
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English
- Organizational skills to handle multiple projects at once
- Background in research, marketing, business, or similar
- Ability to learn fast on the job
