The Account Coordinator will support the account management team by coordinating client projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Support account executives and managers in day-to-day client communications and project coordination
- Track and manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure successful project execution
- Prepare client-facing materials, including status reports, presentations, and meeting notes
- Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, operations, events, and marketing—to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Assist in the development of proposals, contracts, and billing documents
- Maintain accurate project files and databases to ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
- Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and account growth
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or project support, preferably in healthcare, media, or related industries
