Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their unique needs, and provide personalized support to exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Answering inbound customer calls, chats, emails, and texts across multiple platforms * Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer, including account management, sales, and tracking * Understanding and promoting blithequark products, culture, and values * Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities * Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information * Fully utilizing the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential * Assisting other departments with various tasks as needed * Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency **Customer Experience Coordinator Tasks** * Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer, including account management, sales, and tracking * Answering incoming calls, text, emails, and chats across multiple platforms * Understanding and promoting blithequark products, culture, and values * Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities * Be willing to help team members complete various tasks to accomplish organizational goals * Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information * Fully utilize the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential * Assist other departments with varies tasks as needed **Requirements** * Customer service experience (phone experience preferred) * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Excellent decision-making abilities * Must be able to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and be able to respond appropriately to direction and constructive criticism from a supervisor * Regular attendance and punctuality **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and chat platforms * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
